The first problem was that our door wouldn't lock properly, which left us feeling insecure. Additionally, the carpet and floor were wet and slippery throughout our entire stay, likely from humidity, making it quite uncomfortable. Lastly, the showerhead was broken, limiting us to using the bath faucet only, which was very inconvenient.

We arrived a bit early and the staff were super nice making sure our room was ready. The outdoor pool and sun loungers were just what we needed to relax after a long drive. A minor hiccup was that the mattress could use some upgrading, but overall it was a great experience! 😊
